Business Terms And Conditions :

The prices are net and all type of taxes shall be charged extra.
Goods shall be supplied through Bank Builty / V.P.P. Sold goods can not be taken back.
2% CST will be charged against 'C' form otherwise 5% sales tax shall be charged.
All prices are of polythene pack. If you should packing in plastic containers, extra charges shall be payable.
Please write your full address, Telephone and Mobile number clearly. If goods are required to be sent by rail parcel, please write the nearest railway station.
Please send 25% advance with your order.
We give proper care for packing before dispatch. We will not undertake any liability for any damage in transit either by rail or by post.
In the event of any fault in the VPP. Please take the delivery. Fault Shall be rectified on receipt of your letter.
On order of goods valued under Rs. 5, 000, Packing, Postage & freight charges shall by charged extra.
For all the judicial disputes Hathras courts shall have the only jurisdiction.

Note : Company reserves the right for any fluctuations on account of prevailing market rates. All earlier price lists stand cancelled forthwith.
